Bethany Czerny

I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients feel safe showing up as they are. I work with children, teens, and adults ages 8 and up, supporting individuals navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and related challenges.

My work is trauma-informed and client centered. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, strengths, and goals. Our work may include building practical coping skills, increasing emotional awareness, strengthening relationships, and developing tools that feel useful in everyday life. Therapy with me is meant to be supportive, flexible, and accessible.

I aim to offer an affirming space grounded in respect and collaboration. You don’t need to have the right words, a clear plan, or a polished story to begin therapy. Reaching out for support can feel hard, and we can move at your pace and figure things out together.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I provide a neurodivergent-affirming space that honors different ways of thinking, learning, communicating, and experiencing the world. I am also an LGBTQ+ ally and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for clients of all identities.
