Alexander “Buster” Jaide

(He/Him), LLMSW

I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where children, teens, adults, and  relationships of all kinds are welcomed and respected. My practice is grounded in cultural  humility and a strong commitment to equitable, strengths-based care. I support clients  navigating trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD, ASD, PDA, and sensory sensitivities),  adoption, parenting, identity development, emotional regulation, grief, and life transitions. I  also have extensive experience working with children, teens, and caregivers adjusting to new  or layered responsibilities, as well as couples and families seeking to improve  communication, emotional safety, and connection.

My therapeutic style is integrative and collaborative, drawing from a range of evidence-based  and body-centered modalities, including CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, polyvagal theory, and  somatic practices. I work from a relational and client-centered lens, helping clients tune into  the wisdom of their bodies, deepen emotional insight, and support nervous system  regulation and resilience.

I am LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and non-traditional relationship affirming. I welcome individuals,  couples, and families from all backgrounds and configurations. I show up with humility,  flexibility, and deep respect for your journey, inner resilience, and wisdom. Together, we can  work to build capacity, deepen understanding, and move toward a life that feels more  connected and aligned with your wants and values.
