I am a licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) with over 30 years experience in diverse work settings including Community Mental Health, Hospice, Veterans Affairs, Community Based Outpatient Care and private practice. I provide both individual and couples counseling. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, spiritual/faith issues, relationship issues/conflict management, and grief/loss.

It is my passion to help people live a life of meaning, purpose and joy by learning healthy coping skills to effectively manage life stressors. Change is possible and it is my honor and privilege to accompany, guide, and support you on your journey to wellness. I welcome both  in person and tele health appointments.
