I am a licensed Masters of Social Work (LMSW) with over 30 years experience in diverse work settings including Community Mental Health (CMH), Hospice, Veterans Affairs (VA), Community Based Outpatient Care (CBOC), and private practice. I provide both individual and couples counseling. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, trauma, spiritual/faith issues, relationship issues/conflict management, and grief/loss.

It is my passion to help people live a life of purpose and meaning and learn healthy coping skills to effectively manage life stressors. Change is possible and it is my privilege and honor to accompany, guide, and support you on your journey to wellness.
