Limited Licensed Social Worker who knows the importance of self-actualization and who enjoys working with children and families.  I strive to empower others to develop their own coping mechanisms and improve on their own terms. I am a person-centered therapist who designs therapy sessions tailored to the client's needs. My career goals include certifications in Play Therapy, Music Therapy, and Art Therapy.  I have a background in recreational therapy with individuals and groups, which aligns with my future aspirations. I feel that Coregulation is one of the most powerful tools we have as adults to help future generations. With this in mind, I enjoy entwining fun and therapy to create soothing, enjoyable spaces to encourage rapport building and therapeutic growth.
