Jennifer Maier

LLMSW, Counselor

Therapy can be a powerful space to feel seen, understood, and supported, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever life is bringing up. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection and a deep understanding of self.

I draw from a variety of modalities to tailor our work to your unique needs, including person-centered therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, attachment theory, and parts work. I also integrate polyvagal-informed practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, ADHD, autism, and struggles with self-worth. I also support clients exploring spirituality, managing stress, navigating attachment wounds, or untangling patterns of codependency.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether you're seeking to understand yourself more fully, build healthier relationships, or simply need a safe space to process, I’m here to offer support, insight, and genuine curiosity along the way.
