Welcome to the bio!
Much of my experience has been focused on work with kids, teens, and adults. I provide individual and couples therapy, as well as psychological assessment. Areas of focus include areas of attention, learning, anxiety, emotional regulation, identity development, relationships, and neurodivergent experiences. My approach is grounded in client-centered theory, affirmative care, and principles of behaviorism, allowing me to provide compassionate, individualized support in a warm, collaborative, and approachable environment focused on growth, understanding, and meaningful change.
Mental health work is a pretty layered thing. So I appreciate the effort it takes to even check into resources. It can be a lot to just get to this point, so I am glad you're here! For what it is worth, I enjoy the work I am in a lot. Being present as people navigate their lives has been a privilege, and I enjoy doing what I can to support the process as they do.
