About Me

I’m a licensed therapist with a deep commitment to helping adults navigate the complex and often painful challenges that life presents. With specialized training and experience in trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take root.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from modalities such as EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support your unique journey. Whether you’re processing a recent loss, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or managing the emotional toll of anxiety and depression, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward.
