Therapist for Children, Teens & Adults | Building Self-Esteem, Resilience & Emotional Growth
Hello, my name is Lindsay Vipond, and I’m a therapist deeply rooted in the Grand Rapids, MI community where I was born and raised. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and my passion lies in supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
My heart is especially drawn to helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. I believe that when kids are empowered to embrace who they are—flaws, strengths, and all—they are better equipped to grow into adults who thrive in their relationships, goals, and communities. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection, with the belief that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and accepted just as we are.
In addition to working with youth, I also provide therapy to adults who are seeking support through periods of stress, identity exploration, trauma, or personal growth. My goal with every client—regardless of age—is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can learn to navigate difficult moments with confidence, develop meaningful coping tools, and move forward feeling empowered and whole.
Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen looking to make sense of life, or an adult working through life’s transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you.
