(She/Her), LLP
I have a special interest in working with those impacted by early life and identity-based experiences (e.g., unhealthy family systems, LGBTQ+ community, folks managing ADHD). For my clients, their pain may be related to difficult family dynamics, grief, overwhelming anxiety, or the impact of marginalized experiences (classism, sexism, homophobia or racism). My hope with all clients is to help them develop increased insight and self-compassion, as well as a roadmap for where they’d like to go. Past clients have shared our work reliably felt caring, safe, and even funny or irreverent at times. Others have shared they felt truly heard.
My approach to therapy centers on building a collaborative, honest relationship where clients are invited to show up genuinely as themselves. To me, there is nothing more important than the therapeutic relationship, which means I value the input of my clients, where they want to focus, and how we can work together to get you where you want to be.
I believe therapy is one of the last sacred spaces we have - no phones, no distractions. A place dedicated to support and a lack of judgement with the goal of helping you move toward a life that feels better and more meaningful. Please reach out of this sounds like the kind of support you are needing!
