Pamela Rosen-Dragon, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience across psychiatric, medical, and community-based settings. She works with adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, substance use disorders, stress and burnout, and other behavioral health concerns.
Pamela takes an integrative, patient-centered approach to treatment, recognizing the strong connection between mental and physical health. Her background in both family medicine and psychiatry allows her to provide comprehensive care that considers the whole person, including lifestyle factors, sleep, nervous system regulation, medical conditions, and overall functioning.
Her treatment approach combines evidence-based medication management with psychoeducation, supportive therapy techniques, behavioral strategies, and collaborative goal setting. Pamela is particularly passionate about helping individuals who have felt unheard, misunderstood, or discouraged by previous healthcare experiences.
