Rosette Molin

(She/Her), LLPC

Hi, I’m Rosette. I work with kids as young as five, teens figuring themselves out, and adults at all different stages of life. What I’ve learned is that no matter the age, we all need a space where we can be real, breathe for a second, and not feel judged.

I help people who are navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, eating struggles, and all the complicated emotions that come with relationships, family, and just being human. My style is relational and practical. I use tools from CBT and DBT-informed therapy to help with day-to-day coping, and I also bring in psychodynamic work looking a little deeper at the “why” behind patterns that keep showing up. That way, you get both: practical strategies you can use right now and space to explore what’s underneath.

What matters most to me is connection. I know therapy works best when you feel like your therapist truly sees you. My clients often tell me they feel safe to bring their whole selves into the room,  the messy, complicated, vulnerable parts, without needing to filter or perform.

A little about me: I was born in Congo, grew up as a refugee in Uganda, moved to Canada, and later to the U.S. My own journey has shaped how I show up,  I know what it’s like to carry invisible weight while trying to keep moving forward. That’s why my approach is always compassionate, curious, and rooted in real-life understanding.

Whether you’re a parent wanting support for your child, a teen trying to figure out who you are, or an adult who’s tired of carrying old wounds, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll find new ways to cope, heal, and grow.
