Maybe you're exhausted from holding everything together and you're finally ready for things to feel different. Maybe you're starting to notice how past experiences are affecting the present. I support clients with relationship conflict, communication issues, emotional disconnection, boundaries, people-pleasing, identity struggles, anxiety, depression, and the deeper patterns that show up in partnerships and family systems. I am also trained in EMDR, which allows us to reprocess the experiences that may be influencing your triggers, reactions, and relational dynamics, so those old stories hold less power and lose their intensity.
With couples, I draw from Gottman and EFT, helping partners rebuild trust, strengthen emotional intimacy, shift unhelpful cycles, and communicate more effectively. For individuals, I integrate CBT, IFS, and EMDR to help you understand your patterns, care for your inner parts, and make changes that support healthier relationships with others and with yourself.
I believe in taking an empathetic, person-centered approach to therapy. I enjoy bringing in psychoeducation, creativity, and humor when appropriate. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. Together, we will set achievable goals, and develop strategies that work for you. If you've been holding onto something, let's talk about it.
