Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or past trauma begin to shape how you see yourself and connect with others. You may find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, feeling disconnected from your body, or wondering why change feels so difficult. Healing is possible, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing, helping you understand the different parts of yourself while gently working with your nervous system to heal the effects of trauma and chronic stress. Together, we'll move beyond simply managing symptoms to address the underlying experiences that contribute to anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and relationship difficulties. When appropriate, I also integrate EMDR to help clients process traumatic memories in a safe and effective way.

I also enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. Using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples understand the patterns that keep them feeling disconnected and build a relationship grounded in trust, security, and mutual understanding.

Whether you're seeking healing from trauma, relief from anxiety or depression, or a stronger connection with your partner, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.
